If you are experiecing Windows Error Code 80240025 when attempting to perform a Windows Update.  Modifying the below registry key will allow you to resolve the issue.

HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\WindowsUpdate
Set this Flag to 0
